CUPL runs a full academic-year season. Clubs are grouped into regional conferences and play a round-robin of fixtures, earning points with every match.

Each tie is contested by two pairs per division, best of three sets. Win a tie, take three points. Top of the conference at season's end? You're going to Finals Day.
